Jakarta, Indonesia
Hey-ho, Jakarta! Went to this beautiful city with my bestfriend, last March for 5 awesome days.
Magnum Cafe, Grand Indonesia, Jakarta
Taman Ismail Marzuki. To all book lovers out there, this is heaven. You can smell the old books' fragrance from outside the store!
Went to the Galeri Cipta II at Taman Ismail Marzuki for the art showcase of :Ada Uang di Balik Tabu". Brilliantly beautiful arts and it was such an honour to talk to and spent time with the local artists themselves; Jessy & Pak Jack S Riyadi. Thank you for the tour! We had a great time!
Went to Monas from our hotel with batjai (Bajai / Bacai), I am not so sure of the right pronunciation but we had fun! So cute and tiny like a capsule but so fun to ride in it!
You know that these two people are crazy over ice-creams by looking at how they still want to eat the huge dummy icys outside the cafe. Hahah!
Damages done at Passer Baroe. Got the chance to taste em all! Hihi
Ancol Dreamland Park, North Jakarta
The famous word; MACET
I am terribly in love with the Teh Botol! Can get it easily here in Jakarta, the vending machine is like everywhere!
Jakarta National Museum
My travel partner to Jakarta; on our flight back to Malaysia
Jakarta, done! Next destination?

A Little Something For You Readers
Hola!
It's May 7th today (Aww man, I should have posted a blog three days back instead! So I can greet you with "May the 4th Be With You." LOL!) Things been pretty hectic lately and I am aware that the last blog post was back in February 1st! Gee, I am truly sorry. Hope you guys understand that I am juggling with loads of things (Not gonna repeat myself of what I have been up to), so what's up ladies? And gentlemen, if they were any (?)
It is a very hot day today, so I literally sitting in front of my tower fan in the room while typing out words on my laptop. As I am typing out words here, all by myself, I can't help but to think "Is there any reader(s) left on my blog?" Honestly, ada lagi ke orang baca blog? Ahh, blame the technologies. Stop expanding your knowledge to get more ideas on how to build better ways to connect with people, you IT nerds! (Just kidding, you guys doing GREAT!) :) (y)
As usual, I am going to rant a bit (no, a lot actually!) about those days I have been gone through for the past three months. I had fun but life is like a roller-coaster. Sometimes you're up, sometimes you're down, sometimes you're going to scream your lungs out loud, sometimes you decided just to throw up, sometimes you're climbing so slow to get to the top, and you're falling too fast and well, at the end of the day, you're gonna say to yourself, "Hey, not bad. You're still holding on, you can take a few rides more."
Well, the point is, life is a continuous journey. You never really stop learning, never really give up, you're still here, reading my blog, still! (if you don't skip this part) and I really hope you can erase the word "give up" in your life dictionary. You don't need it unless Channing Tatum is happily married to his wife and oh yeah, he is happily married. So why don't you just give up, Malina? LOL!
So what I really learned from others that I keep telling myself thousands of time not to be like that because it is just as bad as goat's cheese? So whatever you do...
1) Don't be a mood killer/spoiler. People are gonna hate you so bad that they don't really mind if you're not there. I've learned the hard way. So yeah, don't be a spoiler!
2) Don't waste other people's time. People nowadays are so cocky wearing gold watches around their wrists but they have cheap time. Time is gold-er than your watches, people!
3) Don't be rude. Especially to your family and even to your friends! You might not get the 'instant slap' now, but, trust me, you are not going to have a happy life. Sooner or later, God will show you right in front of your eyeballs.
4) Don't tweet about... Umm... Something that makes people gonna judge you in a bad way? I mean, watch your mouth, especially for the ladies. Those 'F' word, all other cursing words, you can say it LIVE in your life but not type it out letter by letter on Twitter. That, my lady, is not how a lady should act. So watch your mouth, guuurrrllll.
5) Don't stomp your feet or slam doors or slam things to show that you are protesting something. If you are a little kiddo (I assume that you might be around 5 years old?) but if you are like, 20 plus plus PLUS, ma'am, I suggest you to go back to kindergarten. We, mature people, don't do that.
6) Don't stop believe in yourself. That is the most important thing ever. People can say you this and that, but if you have a strong mind that tells you not to give up and just keep going, you are SOMETHING. People cannot break you because you're as strong as titanium. YEAH! *shows little muscles*

Happy Chinese New Year! #CNY2014 #YearOfTheHorse
Horse people are energetic, intelligent and are commonly physically strong. They like to stay at peaceful places. They are very good when it comes to communicating with other people around them, thus making them sociable and they are quite friendly too. Horses love crowded places as well as entertainment. Because of the Horse natural friendly characteristic, she is loved by many. Horses could be arrogant during those times where they are doing chores under pressure. They could multi-task, but in between doing the work, they tend to get scattery, resulting to unproductiveness and pending tasks. They are also very strict when it comes to rules and regulations. If you are working with a Horse (or has a boss who has Horse as his zodiac sign), you will notice that they will try to instruct you to do your works the way they do their own tasks. Watch out for they could be impatient at times.
Horses are trustworthy individuals who will not let you down during your down times. As a friend, they will be there to cheer you up and they'll even take you to great places just to ease out your sadness. You will not regret hanging along with a Horse as a friend or as long as you need her. She is very unselfish (sometimes) and is willing to give you all her support. She is also practically fun to be with and you can expect no dull moments when you are with her. She will take you to great places and will introduce you to every friend she know of. She will try to make you feel like you belong in her own world.
I was born in 1990; the year of the Golden Horse. (This is year is the year of the Wooden Horse, so yeah).
Being born a Horse, there are many contradictions in their character. Horses are proud yet sweet-natured, arrogant yet oddlu modest in their approach to love, envious but tolerant, conceited yet humble. They want to belong and to love, yet they are burdened by their need for independence. But the truth is, the Horse is an individual , who depends only on their own wits and labour to get what they want. 90's kids, it's our year! Now put your hands up in the air! Let's ride! Happy Lunar New Year or Gong Xi Fa Cai! Xin Nian Kuai Le :)

Coming soon
"WHAT DEFINES YOU AS A PERSON?"
I am gonna blog about this as soon as I finish with my Final Year Project 2.
Wait for it, wait for it. I am excited too!
Well, I have 2 things to be submitted this Thursday (My FYP Part 2 and also my Lab Test Part 2) and I have 2 classes on Friday and will be finished at noon, so hopefully I have the time to blog about it before I go back home. But since I'll be away until next Wednesday and I have a presentation on that very Thursday, I think I can update my blog on that Friday (Jan 17th) since it'll be a public holiday; Thaipusam. Right? Let's pray so that I can update my blog by next Friday! Hihi. Can't wait to blog about this interesting topic! Have a great week and see you guys soon!

"Be humble and stay quiet."
Apparently, people tries to degrade and underestimate me. And I receive probably the best(est) advice and wise words ever, from a good friend of mine. She is love. I love you, you are a true friend.
"In my opinion, life isn't all about what you have and getting good grades. Life is all about experiences and how strong you are when you are being knocked down by others. You don't have to feel down. You don't have to accept what they say. You take what they say and just let it go because they can say whatever they want. At the very end, it's all about the choices you make. And right now, the choice you ought to make is to not feel down and prove to them that even though you are not in the Dean's List but you are sure as hell are strong when it comes to handling failures. Believe me. You are. So people can say what they want to say. Let them. You can make a choice to be contented and hold yourself steadfast no matter what they say. Whatever it is, stand your ground. Don't let them knock you down like that. They will compare. Good and bad. So if they start talking shit and stuff, just ignore them. You don't even have to defend yourself because the more they say things, the more they're trying to get a rise from you. Making you feel worse. The only thing you need to do is to stay calm and say nothing. Be humble and stay quiet. Good things happen when bad things happen. Just be patient. And if you run out of patience, fuel a little more and hold on."

Be intelligent #QuoteOfTheDay
"I like intelligent women. When you go out, it shouldn't be a staring contest."
—Frank Sinatra
2014: Sagacious
Hi!
It is almost at the end of 2013 and everyone is busy to keep up with their "unaccomplished" 2013's resolutions (Well, me too!) and maybe some of you have been too busy with works and cool stuff that you forgot that 2014 is almost here! I don't have any idea why I want to talk about this, mainly because I can't wait to have another great year just like I am having right now in 2013 and I know that half of the entire human being on this Earth will say, "Boo! I don't want 2013 to come to an end" or "Gosh, it's 2014 already? ALREADY?! Here goes another 'awesome' year. Yay."
But hey, always always look on the bright side. What have you achieved this year and what you want to achieve, next year? How about that? Sounds fun? Well, not so, aye?
I choose to reminisce or think back on what I have done or achieved for the past 350-ish days. Well, approximately, around there. I went online today (Yeap, its been awhile since the last I used my laptop to browse things because duh, smartphone!), and I checked my Facebook and bumped into my old private albums that I have in my FB account. I was "Oh yeah, I did that! OMG! That day! Oh hey, I missed everyone! Oh wow, that was me?! I was ugly back then and still am! HAMAGAAAAD!". I know it is not nice to say that, but yeah, I am a lady and I KNOW all of you ladies will go through that phase when you see your old pictures. LOL!
Like it or not, it is A-TOTAL normal to see some of photos that you might hate (Okay lah, ternampak gambar-gambar lama yang pelik and bleh and what not) *rolls eyes* And automatically you will say to yourself, "DANG GUUURRLLL, thank goodness you are no longer like that! Thank God it's over! Yes, I am a better person now! I am so proud of you, guurrlllll!" *zig zag snap* *self-pats*
I did a loooooooooooottttttttttttttttttttt of stupid things before and soooooooooo proud that I chose to stay away from all kinds of stupid things or people or whatever not. Sometimes, to let go is to respect yourself. Respect yourself and know that you deserve waaayyyy better than that are the best things to do in life because you are creating and inviting yourself to know and explore that there are actually a lot of cool stuff out there and there are so much to see!
My life told me, "There, Malina. There. *points at the sky* Go and see for yourself. Welcome to the whole new chapter! Go, be free and create your new life with new people and new positive surroundings! Go, spread your wings and flyyyyyyyyyy~"... Well that might be a littleeeee exaggeration. But but, you get my point right?
I am not-so-proud-to-be-twenty-three-year-old-gal-this-year, but hey, MATURITY already said hello to me! Hi back, M! I want to be more mature and bold. And a liiiittleeeee bit of fat, to cover my bones. Aaaanndddd a lot of new adventures to collect more experience and knowledge and become a super-wiser woman? SUPER-WISER, bukan SUPERVISOR like the people cannot say V and W. V jadi W, W jadi V. No no, not that. WISE. Wise.
I think, that is all I want. I want to be wiser. Mature and bold.
Well of course laaahhhh, to travel around the world, nak Audi R8, penthouse in KL, be a millionaire before I hit 30 and bla bla. But but, to be wise, mature and bold, that's what makes me happy. To earn knowledge and then baru boleh earn money! For me, if you have those fortunes but you don't even have the brain (or, at least to use your brain), it is just a waste. One must master the brain first, before you master the treasure. I want to have the brain and to have whatever it takes in order for me to own the fortune.
Again. Wise.
Master it, then all those weird resolutions that you are trying to think right now, will be succeeded. You will have that and you will make another great accomplishments in life. Amin.
WISE-PEOPLE-WANNABE,
Malina Azman x
